Podcast Strategy & Support for Studios

I'm a freelance podcast producer based in Melbourne, working with podcast studios on content strategy, show development and pre-production.

Before going out on my own, I was the head Producer at a podcast studio in Brisbane, where I oversaw the end-to-end production of 800+ episodes across 17 shows. My work covered everything from launching new podcasts and researching episodes to scripting, editing, publishing and creating content for social media.

I'm available to work with other studios, either in person or online, whether that's helping out with a particular client project or providing ongoing strategy and pre-production support.

I know it can be tricky to provide strategy to all of your clients while you’re growing your studio, so I want to offer the opportunity for studios to increase their offerings when and where needed.

Where I can help

Developing and launching new podcasts

Working with you and your clients to develop podcast concepts, establish formats, identify audiences and plan the content before recording begins.

Reviewing and improving existing podcasts

Taking a detailed look at a client's existing show, identifying opportunities to improve its positioning, content, structure, provide coaching for hosts, and give recommendations for what to change.

Content strategy

Helping studios plan the direction of their clients' podcasts, develop stronger episode ideas and consider how their content can be repurposed and promoted across other platforms.

I'm available for individual projects as well as ongoing work, and can work alongside your existing production team or take responsibility for specific parts of a project.
