I’m a podcast and content strategist and I’m obsessed with helping podcasters put more strategy behind their shows.

I’ve worked inside a podcasting studio where I looked after 17 podcasts across business, health and fitness, marketing, and influencer-led shows. In that time I produced over 800 podcast episodes which included everything from launches to episode scripting, episode editing and creating social media content around the shows.

And while I absolutely loved working in a studio, it also made me realise just how much strategy happens behind the scenes, and how hard it is for independent podcasters to access that kind of information.

There are sooo many good shows out there, and podcasters who care so deeply about their audiences. But they don’t always know how to connect with their listeners yet, structure episodes that keep people interested the whole way through, or build the kind of trust that makes someone want to come back and listen to them every week.

And in a world where everyone online is now inundated with the same AI generated templates, captions, prompts and gurus, audiences are desperate to hear from people who have their own thoughts and opinions.

So I’m creating a space for creators who want to do their podcasts properly. We’re talking original content ideas, resources to help you learn new podcasting strategies, podcast audits and personalised reviews for the people who care deeply about their shows, and want their dream audience to care about them too.
